I was Born in 1980. The same year The Talking Heads' album 'Remain In Light' was released. Fast forward 38 years and I found myself sifting through some old records looking for samples. Usually, an album will have one or two tracks that stand out. After listening to Remain in Light I found every song excited me and begged to be sampled. And so it began, the task of sampling all the songs off the album. I decided to write words to accompany the beats I had created. The lyrics are based loosely on the titles of each song and I decided to leave them in the same order. ENJOY!!!
